I’ve always enjoyed the inverted poses in my yoga classes. While other students dreaded doing handstands, I relished them. But age is starting to catch up with me. I’m still healthy, but I can’t hold a headstand pose very long. I did some research and decided that I should try an inversion table. It’s made such a big difference. I love the way my spine feels after I use it. I think it’s safer for me than standing on my head at my age.
