There is no such thing as a new weight loss method.  What works now is the same thing that has always worked.

Stay away from food that has high fructose corn syrup.  You might have heard this before, but are you really listening?  If you look at a label and you see dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, or maltodextrin, do not eat it.  These man made processed sugars are designed to make you fat.  Period.
