Google Launches Pay Per Action Ads
Mar 24th, 2007 | By knup | Category: GoogleEarlier this week the big G (Google) made the announcement of their new Pay Per Action Ads service. Let’s say you, the advertiser, would pay $10 for someone to buy a certain product. With Google PPAA you can do this. This has must more potential than the pay per click and the pay per impression programs because the website actually gets their desired action! Only a limited number of AdSense users are able to test out this new ‘beta’ program – but we anticipate soon it will be open to anyone.
I’m excited to give this program a shot. I’ve done a lot with PPC and think the PPA model is much more beneficial. Once I get a shot at trying it – I’ll report back the results. Good work again GoogleÂ

Nothing Innovative, Google isn’t the only advertising company to launch such a model. As a publisher, its not gonna work out (just my prediction).
They claim this will eliminate fraud. I believe, it will just turn the tables, Advertisers will start cheat.
Good points Thilak. But have we known anything with the ‘Google’ name on it to fail? I don’t expect this will be any different. You’re right though – fraud will not be eliminated.
I’ve signed up too but waiting for reply. Don’t expect much out of this program but it’s worth a try
