Tonight was a very interesting night.  I spent an hour watching Darren, Mark and David in their own ustream.tv chat/video room.  Mark from 45n5.com introduced us all to ustream.tv which allows you to create your own live stream.  People can then join via a chat room and watch you, listen to you, and chat with you.

Mark had his volume off tonight but was interactive with the users via chat.  Darren of problogger.net spent quite a bit of time answering all questions asked via chat.  Very interesting to hear him.  David of Xfep also spent time answering everyones questions via voice.  Very cool to put a face with a name there.

So is this going to be a trend that others follow?  I think so.  I’m planning on setting one night a week or something to dedicate to this.  I think it might be neat to allow readers of knupNET to ask questions if they so choose.  Even if no one has questions – they can then put MY face with the knupNET site.  Pretty valuable if you ask me.
